"A man becomes what he thinks about all day long."
~Ralph Waldo Emerson

Good morning!

This quote goes nicely with the challenge of yesterday's good morning and the quote we featured from UCLA basketball coach John Wooden. This Emerson quote offers a quick and easy way to "step into the moment" and double-check our thinking.

At the end of the day, read this quote. At midnight, instead of turning into a pumpkin like the Cinderella story, what would you turn into based on your thoughts?

Ask yourself that question each day for the next month as part of your nightly reflection. Write down your answers. This will quickly give you an "insider look" at where your life is headed. You certainly don't need a crystal ball, all you need is to evaluate and observe your thoughts.

Your turn: At the end of the day, read this quote. At midnight, instead of turning into a pumpkin like the Cinderella story, what would you turn into based on your thoughts? If you like the answer, you are on the right track. If you don't like the answer, remember there is only one person who has complete control of your thoughts and the answer--you. Challenge yourself to write a different ending.

Your affirmation: My thoughts represent where I want to go in life and how I want to feel...and where I want to be and how I want to feel today.
