that every day, brings opportunity. It might be the opportunity to help
a family member, assist a stranger, move toward a goal, absorb a
sunset, or spend time with a favorite pet. The "it" in the above quote
could be anything. "It" could refer to anything in my previous sentence
or self care, exercise, the MTM program, our children, any
relationship, the day in general, or this very moment. Your Turn: Today and every day, remind yourself as often as you can to "give it all you have while you have the chance."
