Good morning!  Undoubtedly the holiday wishes will begin rolling in through the mailbox soon, if they haven't done so already. Maximize the joy of cards by incorporating them into your home decorating.

My favorite two ways to enjoy holiday cards:

Hang an evergreen garland to display cards: Paint clothespins in red and green and attach cards to the garland as they arrive.

Create your own Christmas book: I have created a Christmas book featuring the holiday cards we receive. After enjoying the cards, I mount each "front" card onto a page of cardstock or thick paper.

Sometimes I collage several cards together. Below the cards, I write down who sent it and include a Christmas quote. You could also use Christmas cards as backgrounds in scrap booking your holiday memories. For quote ideas, try these websites:

Your Turn: Choose an "out-of-the-box" way to enjoy your cards throughout the season.

Today's Affirmation: I cherish and appreciate every gesture of kindness I receive.
