Good morning!
In the coming days, my goal is to share quotes with you that I feel emulate some of the most fundamental "truths" about living our best life. It is my hope that each of these quotes will speak to you--as they do to me. I find these quotes inspire me to live my best life. As you read the above quote, it makes life seem so simple, doesn't it? I think many times, life is quite simple and it is "we" who make it complicated.

Your turn:
As you go throughout your day today, keep it simple. Occupy yourself the best that you can. Keep reminding yourself to "do your best." For at the end of any day, if we have done our best in all the things we have touched, we can ask for nothing more.

Your affirmation:
Today, and every day, I do my best.

And as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt: "Something great is going to happen today... I can't wait to see what it is!"

And when ending your day ask yourself: "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?
