Good morning!

I believe that living in the moment and maximizing each moment is key to knowing true joy. When I first started "living in the moment," I grappled with the concept. How do I live in the moment while also keeping the long-term in mind? I wish I would have had this quote during that time as it expresses the key to rich-living beautifully.

Even though we live in the moment, we still dream big. We look forward to the future with anticipation and expectation, but we don't "live in tomorrow." Instead, we put forward our best effort each and every day, living as though it were our last. We can only find happiness in the moment. We can't find tomorrow's happiness today. And we can't find happiness when we are waiting "for something else." To know true joy, we must embrace and recognize the joy of everything that is right here, right now.

Your Turn:
Don't search for tomorrow's happiness today. Instead, recognize and enjoy all the richness of this very moment.

Your Affirmation:
I find joy in the moment.
And as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt: "Something great is going to happen today... I can't wait to see what it is!"

And when ending your day ask yourself: "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?
