"It's
important to give it all you have while you have the chance."
~Shania Twain |
Good morning!
This wonderful quote speaks to so many aspects of our
lives. It's no secret that every day, brings opportunity. It might be
the opportunity to help a family member, assist a stranger, move toward
a goal, absorb a sunset, or spend time with a favorite pet. The "it" in
the above quote could be anything. "It" could refer to anything in my
previous sentence or self care, exercise, the MTM program, our
children, any relationship, the day in general, or this very moment.
Your Turn: Today and every day,
remind yourself as often as you can to "give it all you have while you
have the chance." If you have the "Challenge Life...Living My Dreams"
bracelet, use this as a reminder each time you notice it on your wrist.
Let down any walls that hold you back and give it all you can-- the
chance may not come again.
Your Affirmation: I recognize the
opportunity I am blessed with each day, and I give each opportunity my
all. |
And
as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt "Something great is going to happen today... I
can't wait to see what it is!"
And
when ending your day ask yourself, "What is one
more thing I can do to make today matter?"
