Good morning!  Oh... if only it was what we did "once in a while..." how easy life would be! If I could eat well one day and have it last a month... or think positive one day and have it resonate a year... but alas, that isn't how life works. Life makes us learn and learn-again those skills we want to instill and embrace. But as another one of my favorite quotes states, "Anything worth trying is worth trying at least ten times..."

It is always perseverance that separates the "men from the boys" or the "women from the gals." It is consistent effort, day after day, that eventually becomes habitual.

So where are you at in the CYLC? Do you need to restart, re-commit? Are you a "once in a while-er" or a "day-in and day out-er"?

Your turn:
What do you want from my life? Ask and answer your self. Then accept nothing less. If you have stumbled, dust your self off and re-start.

Your affirmation:
I don't settle. I expect and accept greatness from myself.
