Next Class Begins July 9

Did you know that scientists can predict how much energy you will have in the afternoon based on what you do within the first hour of waking? You'll learn the routine that increases energy and many more tips you can apply immediately in your life. (And no, you don't have to run 3 miles every morning!)

Next Class Begins July 16

With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, our well-made plans of sending cards, homemade gifts, early shopping, baking and other celebrations often get lost all together or become stressful instead of enjoyable.

"Much good work is lost for lack of a little more." ~Joyce Gearhart

Good morning! For many readers, Friday brings a "sigh" of relief. The weekend is coming, time to relax and catch up. As we turn toward the weekend though, don't forget to make every moment of today count. When we let our minds wander to what "is to come" we can quickly miss the important moments that are here right now.

Your turn:
While anticipating what is to come, always do your best work in the moment. With each task you do or complete, ask yourself, "Would I want to me remembered for this?" If the answer is "no" then you haven't done your best. Go back, and give it a little more.

Your affirmation:
Despite what tomorrow brings, I always do my best today.
