Good morning!  One of the phrases that I am always saying in our office is "forward movement." I am always pleased with the day if we have made "forward movement" in our projects. Sometimes that forward movement doesn't look like our plan or our goal--but its forward movement all the same. Nothing feels as good as moving in the right direction - and nothing feels as uncomfortable as moving in the wrong direction or standing still.

Your Turn:
Each day, look at your priority list and focus on "forward movement." Forward movement, consistently practiced, is how a dream finds a foundation.

Affirmation:
Each day I take a step forward, a step toward, my dreams.
