Procrastination is a word that has haunted many people but it doesn't have to! While many people would have you believe that springing into action and "just doing it" is the quickest cure, it isn't a long-term solution. All actions start with attitude. We have to uncover why we procrastinate and cure the cause in order to find long-term relief.

The happiest and efficient people in this world are those who accept trouble as a normal detail of human life and resolve to capitalize on it when it comes along. H. Bertram Lewis

Good morning! How do you react when trouble or difficulty come your way? Do you rise-up or shrink-back? Many people do not realize their true strength and power, and as a result they shrink-back when trouble or conflict arises.

But I can guarantee we will likely live more days that have some essence of conflict or trouble than days that are trouble-free. We have to own our strength and power and develop skills to rise-up. As trouble surfaces, accept it as a natural part of life. And then capitalize on it by asking yourself: What can I learn or try that will make me stronger for the next thing that comes my way? Use troubles to experiment with creative problem-solving and creative-thinking. You will likely be surprised how many problems you can solve and you will be liberated by your positive action.

Your Turn:
Today as trouble surfaces, accept it as a natural part of life. And then capitalize on it by asking yourself: What can I learn or try that will make me stronger for the next thing that comes my way?

Your affirmation:
Challenges are gifts to build my problem-solving ability and personal strength.
