Good morning! My daughter often calls me a "Thank You Vigilante." Whether we be in a restaurant or at school or anywhere, as soon as a kindness is extended my ears perk up listening for the "thank you" to follow.
I believe that when we are thankful, we attract more goodness into our lives. When we forget to be thankful, the "blessings begin to unravel." We need to thank those we interact with. We need to thank God for our blessings, large and small. We need to be thankful for the lives that we have. And our thanks must be heartfelt. We don't practice thankfulness just to attract or cement good into our lives; we practice thankfulness because it makes us whole.
Your Turn:
Remember to thank everyone you encounter today for their kindness.
Your affirmation:
I practice thankfulness daily.

And as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt "Something great is going to happen today... I can't wait to see what it is!"
And when ending your day ask yourself, "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?"
