Started December 3
Have you ever enjoyed one of those days where everything seemed to "sync" up and just fall into place? Despite what your to-do list entailed, you moved through it with ease and satisfaction. Your attitude and outlook were optimal and your effectiveness was at its prime? Many people believe these days "in the zone" are a matter of "luck" and rare occurrences to be savored.

Starts December 10
Many of us long to find a more centered and balanced self that is consistently optimistic, upbeat and effective. This 5 week class will teach you 5 principles to develop that positive and centered self. Each week you will work with one principle and learn exercises for integrating it into your life.

Starts December 3
Does thinking about paying bills or "finally saving up enough" for a desired purchase fill you with stress and anxiety? Are you tired of looking at the interest charged on your monthly credit card statements?

Try a thing you haven't done three times. Once, to get over the fear of doing it. Twice, to learn how to do it. And a third time to figure out whether you like it or not. Virgil Thomson

Good morning! Whenever we try something new, we can't base our judgment of that experience on our first attempt. Newness always brings extra anxiety and high-emotion. We must get to an "even ground" with a "level head" to decide the value of something new in our lives.

Likewise, in business, we don't make a decision after one "attempt" at something. We try something again and again, gathering more information each time, to make a more informed decision.

I wonder what would have happen to the many inventions in this world had the inventor only tried once? I certainly doubt I would be traveling 31,000 feet in the air on a regular basis!

Your Turn:
What is something that you have only tried once? You can guess what your challenge is... that's right ... try it two more times.

Your affirmation:
Anything worth trying, is worth trying more than once.

And as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt "Something great is going to happen today... I can't wait to see what it is!"

And when ending your day ask yourself, "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?"
