Good morning! Here we are on the cusp of 2008 and I can imagine these comments being said in homes around the world:
Wow! The holidays really snuck up on us this year! Can you believe how quick 2007 went by?
It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the New Year of 2007!
How right Charles Richards is though in his analysis of time and the calendar. It truly isn't the number of days we have that matters, but what we bring and take away from each of those days.
Your Turn:
How efficiently did you use your days in 2007? If you had to give yourself a report card for effort, enthusiasm, giving, patience, hope, what would your grades be? What can you learn from 2007 that can make 2008 a more fulfilled year for you and yours?
Your affirmation:
Everyday matters, because I choose to make it matter.

And as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt "Something great is going to happen today... I can't wait to see what it is!"
And when ending your day ask yourself, "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?"
