Did you know that scientists can predict how much energy you will have in the afternoon based on what you do within the first hour of waking? You'll learn the routine that increases energy and many more tips you can apply immediately in your life. (And no, you don't have to run 3 miles every morning!)

Starts March 10

Effectively managing our time in today's hectic world doesn't come naturally - it is a technique that we learn. Now you can learn the techniques used by bestselling author and CEO Brook Noel to maximize your time and create a clear path toward your goals.

Starts March 17

You aren't alone. Procrastination is a word that has haunted many people but it doesn't have to!  While many people would have you believe that springing into action and "just doing it" is the quickest cure, it isn't a long-term solution. All actions start with attitude. We have to uncover why we procrastinate and cure the cause in order to find long-term relief.

"Each day comes bearing a gift. Untie the ribbon."
Ann Ruth Schabader

Good morning! I had seen a variation of this quote from a challenge member, "Life is a gift, untie the ribbon," so I was pleased when a reader sent in this original quote and source.

I think it is a beautiful reminder of how lucky we all are to be here, regardless of our circumstances or current challenges. Sometimes obstacles can seem so large or insurmountable that we forget we are still the recipients of the greatest gift--life. When faced with the seemingly insurmountable, we often forget to untie the ribbon of this gift.

Your Turn:
No matter where you are at in your life, or what challenges you face short- or long-term, take a moment to be thankful for the gift of life. Then go untie a ribbon today.

Your Affirmation:
Life is a gift and I untie the ribbon.

And when ending your day ask yourself, "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?"
