Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.--Thomas Jefferson

Good morning!  Take a quick attitude "temperature" check. How is your attitude this morning? Are you ready to have a great day?

As we work to make our days consistently brighter, we learn the "tools" it takes for us to have a great day. Each of us has triggers that help us to make the most of our day. Our triggers might include getting up on time, having a healthy breakfast, having time to write an affirmation or read a positive book. Think through the tasks you normally do that help get your day off to a good start.

Your Turn:
Think about your "good days," "medium days," and "average days." Which days are most enjoyable and productive for you? Odds are it is the "good days" that help you make progress toward creating the life you desire. The first key ingredient to a "good day" is the right mental attitude. Likewise, the major component in reaching a goal (as today's quote states) is the right mental attitude. Realize that taking the time to "program yourself" for a great day with a great attitude is important. It is never something to be neglected.

Your affirmation:
I make sure that each day, prior to leaving my home or interacting with others, I have a great mental attitude.

And as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt "Something great is going to happen today... I can't wait to see what it is!"

And when ending your day ask yourself, "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?"
