"Do a little more each day than you think you possible can." Lowell Thomas

Good morning!  This quote emulates the concept of "going the extra mile," but in fresh words. Just as we start each day with a positive thought, how about ending it with the question: "What is one last thing I can do today, to make today matter?" Maybe it is a call to return, a note to write, a person to thank. Maybe it is saying "I love you" to someone in your home, or switching one more load of laundry, or taking a long bath to refresh your soul and mind. Maybe it is taking a multi-vitamin, a five minute walk, petting the dog, or writing an affirmation. It can be a little thing or a big thing and will likely change day-to-day based on our energy level.

Your Turn:
Tonight ask yourself: "What is one last thing I can do today, to make today matter?"

Your Affirmation:
Failure does not exist, unless I choose to let it.

And as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt "Something great is going to happen today... I can't wait to see what it is!"

And when ending your day ask yourself, "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?"
