Don't spend your precious time asking 'Why isn't the world a better place?' It will only be time wasted. The question to ask is 'How can I make it better?' To that there is an answer.

Good morning! I love this quote that Joan shared. How often do we run into people who are complaining about the world around them, or notice that we have negative words about the situation we are in (or those situations surrounding us)? I have long believed that the quickest way out of emotional turmoil and negativity is to take a positive step forward - even if you aren't sure what direction to step in! I rarely ask, "Why is my role so difficult," and instead ask "What is my role for improvement?"

Your Turn: One of the keys to successful living is to ask good questions. Try asking, "What can I do?" instead of "Why is this happening to me?"

Affirmation: I believe everything happens for a reason and I move forward.

And as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt "Something great is going to happen today... I can't wait to see what it is!"

And when ending your day ask yourself, "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?"
