Upcoming Classes ... Get 2007 off to a

great start with one of our upcoming classes!

Simplify Your Life in 30 Days - Starts January 1, 2007

Over the past decade, many people have been turning toward the "voluntary simplicity" movement--giving up chaos for calm, and learning to make life choices that reflect a state of calm-energy instead of anxious-energy. This 30-day class will give you 30 steps for embarking down the path to a sane and simpler life.

Hem your blessings with thankfulness so they don't unravel. ~Author Unknown

Good morning! My daughter often calls me a "Thank You Vigilante." Whether we be in a restaurant or at school or anywhere, as soon as a kindness is extended my ears perk up listening for the "thank you" to follow.

I believe that when we are thankful, we attract more goodness into our lives. When we forget to be thankful, the "blessings begin to unravel." We need to thank those we interact with. We need to thank God for our blessings, large and small. We need to be thankful for the lives that we have. And our thanks must be heartfelt. We don't practice thankfulness just to attract or cement good into our lives, we practice thankfulness because it makes us whole.

Your Turn:
Remember to thank everyone you encounter today for their kindness.

Your Affirmation:
I practice thankfulness daily.

And as always, don't forget to start your day with a heartfelt "Something great is going to happen today... I can't wait to see what it is!"

And when ending your day ask yourself, "What is one more thing I can do to make today matter?"
